Adverts are placed on the best premium Job Boards and specialist sites including Total Jobs, Jobsite, CV Library, Monster, Reed, Indeed, LinkedIn plus targeted local & regional sites, affiliates sites and Social Media.

We also search their CV databases for you, pro-actively reaching out to job seekers whose profile matches your vacancy. We also match your vacancy to job seekers on our own database of 300,000+ candidates. No stone left unturned!

Are there any hidden costs?

No, our pricing structure is based on the true cost of recruiting. Our full charges range from £1495-£9995 + VAT, depending on how much of our time saving help you require.

Are there any contracts or tie in periods?
None. You can use MaxAd as much or as little as you like!

What sort of customer services are available?
MaxAd is passionate about helping you hire. Your success is our success! Your dedicated Campaign Maximiser is on hand from 8am via telephone and email. Our friendly team are knowledgeable, experienced and UK based.
It costs over £1495 to advertise on the job boards you work with. How do you offer it at that price?
Economies of scale! We buy our job credits in bulk on an annual basis and are therefore able to negotiate the best rates to ensure your vacancies get seen.
Can I make changes once the advert is live?

Of course. Change the advert as much or as little as required. Your Campaign Account Manager will do everything possible to help. An advert will ALWAYS be approved by you prior to upload.

Can we take on more than one candidate from our campaign?

You may hire as many individuals as you like from your campaign!

How long will my advert run for?

Your advert will run for a minimum of 6 weeks and potentially much longer under our pay on success (contingency) model.

Can I stop advertising earlier?

Yes, if you’d like to remove your recruitment advert sooner than the 6 week period you can. Just contact your Campaign Account Manager.

Who writes the advert?

Our copywriters are hugely experienced in writing engaging content to appeal to job seekers and technical formats and keywords that ensure page 1 job Board and Google rankings and thus generate the best results. However, you may provide the copy if you wish.

Do you have job seekers on your books?

Yes, our database is growing every day, it contains more than 300,000 job seekers.

What can I do if mid-way through the advert I’m not getting the results I’d hoped for?

When your vacancy goes live you will be assigned a Campaign Account Manager who is on hand to assist you. They will also monitor the performance of your advert, and in the unlikely event it isn’t performing as we feel it could, will contact you to offer insight and recommendations.

How quickly can an advertising campaign be live?
1-2 hrs! As quickly as you can process the Order and brief us on your vacancy – we do all the hard work so you don’t have to!
What happens if I don’t recruit anyone?

Your Campaign Account Manager will be constantly reviewing your campaign with you. In the unlikely event that you don’t hire then we will process any remaining applicants, and agree with you the best options moving forwards to achieve a successful hire.
